Building 3408 Roof Replacement

Work on this project included a complete roof replacement, both upper and lower mechanical roof, removal of single ply roofing system, insulation, tapered insulation, crickets, base flashing, and rusted-through metal decking. Damaged or rusted through metal decking was replaced, or wire brushed. Homeland primed and painted the entire metal decking. Rigid insulation, tapered insulation, crickets base flashing and two ply modified bituminous membrane roofing system was provided and installed. Incidental related work and the removal and reinstallation of all power and gravity ventilators was also included.
