Building 483 Roof Replacement

The roof replacement of Building 483 consisted of the removal of the existing asphalt shingles, gutters, downspouts, flashings and vinyl soffit. This project included the removal and replacement of approximately 70,000 GSF of plywood decking, and the removal and replacement of broken or cracked 2" x 10" purlins, and the correction of sagging purlins. Existing shingles were replaced with the Soprema, cold process applied rolled roofing. Work also included the installation of new flashing, rake metal, gutters and downspouts.
