Child Development Center

Design/Build a 26,000sf child development center to support 232 children from 6 weeks to 5 years. The facility will include developmental/learning modules, activity areas, changing areas, administrative support space, staff lounge/work room, kitchen laundry, storage, supply rooms, information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, Intrusion Detection System (IDS) installation, and Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS) connection. Standards as established by the Army, DoD, and the National Association for the Education of Young Children will be met. This will be a LEED Silver project. This design is in compliance with UFC 4-740-14.
